INDUSTRIAL MOULDING

- creation of technical components (moulding, co-moulding, assembly)
- quality control tests

Industrial moulding is carried out using modern materials in such a way that they guarantee durability and reliability of the final products.
The main materials use are : thermoplastic resins (PP, PE, ABS, PA, PPO, POM, PET, PBT, PMMA), thermosetting resins (phenolic, melamine and urea), and new generation thermoplastics (PEI, PAA, PPS, PPA, PSU, PEEK).

LEGHORN.ORG has a full understanding of the different plastic materials used for injection moulding and is able to identify the most appropriate material, based on the temperature of the molding, the aesthetic, functional and mechanical properties of the end product

In fact, after the hot pressing and once cooled, each plastic behaves in a particular way with characteristic withdrawals.
